5 stars for dessert! We went there just for that and it was worth it! The cream square was the best out of all the different desserts we tried but all were delish! Decent prices too.

Fantastic! Had the Italian Hoagie, their best seller, & Elephant Ear. The bakery selection, both bread & pastries was both huge and very tasty. The presentation and attention to detail was noted. The sandwich selection was a wide variety with deli, hot and steak sandwiches. All Sandwhiches made with fresh bakery breads. Pizza is available by the pie or the slice. The location & facility are very nice with indoor or out door seating and carry outs. A neighborhood feel, not glitzy or touristy or carnival-like, like much of the beach "cuisine", which is a good thing. Also has location in Mt Pleasant, near Charleston. A must try on your next visit.

Best Italian bakery in Myrtle Beach...always get your canolies filled fresh! Great for lunches on fresh baked bread.

I have been eating food from Toffino's for 23 years. They have wonderful breads, great NY, NJ style pizza, amazing subs and wonderful home made pastries . In the colder months they also have great soup. I have never gotten anything that I did not like. I highly recommend it and their Italian sub is one of my favorites. Also their chicken salad is amazing.

We stopped in here after a long drive from Indiana...it was close and had good Yelp reviews! We were not disappointed. We shared a huge salad (the house Italian was especially good). Also pizza (supreme, meat lovers) and the special for the night which was spaghetti with 4 meatballs. All delicious! We also had almond cookies that we took home. We definitely will stop by again for some desserts to enjoy with coffee. Wait staff was great, friendly, competent, and helpful. The only thing to change...our GPS had us at an airplane instead of the restaurant. I am glad we kept going to find it on down the road. Well done Toffino's!

I chose this great place for my group to have dessert after dinner and we were all happy with it! From key lime pie, to chocolate cannoli and peanut butter bombes, everything was perfect. It was a wonderful way to end our night. The waitress was very nice and we'd highly recommend coming here again. Their deli menu looked fantastic as well.

Breakfast was good home style and simple. Very good comfort breakfast food and soft fresh pastries. We ordered a veg omelette and a Philly steak cheese omelette both came with toast and home potatoes. Omelette was a little salty for me - but I did eat the entire omelette - the breakfast was great tasting This breakfast reminded me of the type of home style breakfast I would get growing up the breakfast was great tasting and fulfilling. Coffee was fresh and piping hot. Service was quick and on point. We picked out several pastries to eat latter that are almost all gone. All the pastries tasted delicious.

Simply the best pizza in the area, we had the meat lovers and it was fantastic, I almost did not make it home it smelled so good, and believe me it tasted even better. The antipasto salad was good too, they have a nice selection of subs and a bakery full of alluring looking deserts, so give them a try!!!

Waitress staff was very friendly, inviting and personable - nice plus of eating there. We enjoyed our, hot roast beef, Italian hero and slice of pizza. This place definitely a plus for this area... Only 5 minutes from the myrtle beach resort.

I don't get there as often as I would like to but as bakeries go in Myrtle Beach this place is tops. Any Northern transplants to the Myrtle Beach area that crave their favorite bakery from up North need to make this a must stop.

We went here around 9ish on a weekday and they still had a big selection of pastries left. The elephant ear was very good, flaky & sweet, the cinnamon roll was good but the outside was very hard so we threw part of it away. And the cream cheese danish was awesome.

Understaffed. Packed wall to wall at lunch. Brilliant deli. Oil based potato salad was really good. Had the chicken salad on seeded rye. Delicious. The wait time was the only issue here. We were stuffed from the huge servings but ordered deserts to go. They looked incredible. Staff was friendly. Deserts were great.

Great Bakery. We has the cannoli, eclair, and lobster tail and all of them were really good. Eat them ASAP though. We left the lobster tail for the next day and it does now taste as good and gets too hard. Nice atmosphere. The person who attended us was not the friendliest on earth but the whole experience was pleasant. Would definitely go back, maybe to taste the sandwiches.

This place is one you must go... We found it by mistake but so happy we did. The first day we got the steak sub... Wonderful! We also got the lemon square for dessert... It looked heavy but surprisingly was light and fluffy! We also bought a loaf of sour dough bread for breakfast and the taste was amazing! If you like fresh breads than you will really want to drive here to get it! Second visit got the pepperoni pizza and it was great! We loved it so much we actually did a third visit~ They sell pizza dough balls so if you like to make pizzas at home I highly recommend there dough~ They come frozen which is great, we took them back home and the nights we want pizza we pulled them out~ Will definitely come back and tell everyone about it!

Great selection of authentic desserts. Good deli selection and reminds me on home except the people here are nicer. I'd visit again. Tucked away and not easy to get to though.

Ate dinner last night and my sandwich contained hot cappicola and a fresh roll with just the right amount of chew...perfect! Onions, provolone and dressing completed and satisfied. I bought some great Italian pastries and took back to my family to munch on...just like Blecker Street in Utica, NY where I honed my Italian dinning skills. Good stuff and great service!!!

Philly Chick Gets Gratified If you are from Philadelphia, its almost inevitable that you will have that moment when you bite into a 'foreign' hoagie and declare 'Not even CLOSE!' That will NOT happen here. Another lucky find when I was visiting the area, was excited to have any sandwich even remotely decent and was instead THRILLED with the sandwiches and the bakery. Really wonderful and damn close to a steak wit' on South Street.

Food here was okay. Large selection of bakery goods that I didn't try but looked really good. I am giving a 2 star simply because of the service I received. I stopped by there around 10 am one morning to buy several( 6 ) sandwiches and sides for a boat trip I was taking clients on. After I ordered our lunch to go I decided I was hungry for a breakfast sandwich while I waited. I asked the lady if I could order an egg, pepper and potato sandwich , she said no because breakfast was over at 10... I then asked her what time it was and she said 10:03.... No exaggeration. I asked if she could ask the chef if he would make me one.... She argued with me that she knew what his answer would be and that he would not because it was passed 10:00. I once again asked her nicely to ask the chef.... And of course he said yes. After spending $60 on sandwiches in a deli that had zero customers in it, how can you tell me, from a business standpoint , that you can't make an egg sandwich. Very poor customer service on her part.... But kudos for the chef, the egg sandwich was really good.

Toffino's is only place I've found in Myrtle Beach that I would go out of my way to go back to. My son and I sat outside and at first I was worried about the service because two servers passed us by without a word. There are only like 8 tables, it's a small patio, so it wouldn't have killed them to acknowledge us even if we weren't at their table. That is Restaurant 101 to me! I feared no one was going to help us and started to feel awkward and was about to leave when our server appeared. She was really, really nice and our experience improved from there. We ordered a cheese slice and an eggplant parm sandwich. The food arrived quickly. Both were pretty good, esp compared to other places I've eaten here. The real star of the visit was the bakery!! I have no clue if they actually bake the items on site (they almost seem too perfect you know?), but the items we tried were awesome! There were several other things I would have liked to order also. This place is certainly worth a stop.

YASSSS. I was despairing of finding any decent food in Myrtle Beach aside from the yummy grits & biscuit I had at one of the many roadside pancake houses. Fortunately Yelp steered me to Toffino's. So far I've sampled the cherry/cheese square, the strawberry cake, the margherita pizza, and one of the hoagies. All top-notch. I don't even eat sandwiches usually, let alone hoagies, but everything about the sandwich was great-- good dressing, veggies, homemade bread. The pizza was also fantastic. I like the building too-- there's a pleasant patio where you can sit out and have a glass of wine with your food.

We stopped here for something "Danish" on the way to the movies, after reading the other reviews on Yelp. Toffino's did not disappoint! The selection of pastries, all appearing delicious, was so many that I joked to our waitress that I'd like to try every one....and she asked if I really had the time! I had the cheese crescent (warmed, at the waitress' suggestion), and my wife had a raspberry twirl -- both were excellent. The long chalkboard above the counter listed lots of great sandwiches and custom pizzas. You won't regret stopping here!

We always come here when we are in the area. The subs are wonderful. Have tried the Italian and the steak and cheese. They have pickled peppers on them that are fabulous! The bakery stuff is dangerous. We love the lobster tail. It is crispy and filled with the best whipped cream ever. We also like the chocolate mousse roll and pumpkin roll. Bakery stuff is usually very fresh. Try it, you will love it!

Great place! Some of the best food that I have had in MB. Chicken salad and potato salad are top notch. The pizza is NY style and is great. If anything you need to come just for the Italian bakery. The cannoli was awesome and the cookies were soft and delicious. Had an awesome server: Paula; great experience and great service. We will definitely come back!

This place is one of the best places here at the beach. I was there in a church group, which does lunch once a month. I was the hostess this month and I picked this place because I kept hearing nothing but good words from everyone about it. Everyone was so correct. There were 22 women and we had one large table set on the perimeter of the restaurant. This place also has chairs and tables outside on their little patio. Other than eating here, you can take out fresh Italian pastries, lunch and/or homemade loaves of bread. I opted for an Italian hoagie. The bread was great as was all the meats and cheeses. They have their own dressing (NOT mayonnaise) which is totally delicious. My sandwich came with a small package of Lay's chips (I could have had potato salad or one other choice) and a dill pickle wedge. The cost was $8. I had an unsweetened iced tea. With all the people we had there, we only had one waiter named George. He was probably the best waitperson ever. Every one of us had our own check and he must have had 10 in his hand at once! He was on top of everything. We never waited for refills and he made sure to get everyone extra 'this and that' or whatever they needed. When we left, we decided to bring home some fresh Italian pastry. It was like being back in Boston at the North End. Those were equally as great as our lunch. One piece of pastry will easily serve 2 people. Am I going back there? Oh yes I am and I will constantly refer them to any guests that ask me where a great place to have lunch is. Market Common is a very pretty area of the beach and it's easily located right there on Farrow Parkway.

Stopped in one morning at Toffino's to try something since fellow Yelpers give it such high marks. I've driven by many times and finally remembered to stop. I got two eclairs while thinking "it's a bakery so they must do a good job with those". I got the eclairs then returned to my resort room. The eclair was not what I expected: very bland, tasteless and disappointing. Maybe that's what eclairs are supposed to taste like when made from a traditional recipe but if that's the case then I prefer a non traditional recipe. Would like to try some of the other food before I totally write Toffino's off....

I can't believe that I haven't eaten here yet. Picked up a large cheese pizza and a couple of chocolate cannoli. The pizza was very good, the sauce very flavorful and lots of cheese. The crust was the best part in my opinion. The cannolis were awesome. They fill them to order. Not overly sweet and nice and crispy. I'll definitely be back to try out more pastries as well as the subs.

This was the highest quality food we found at the beach during our recent visit. it is a good thing this bakery is hundreds of miles from my home or I would move in and never leave! The pastries are incredible and although I didn't try their pizza or sandwiches, I was very impressed with the food I saw being served. From the looks of the patrons eating lunch during my two take-out visits, I wished I had passed on the chain restaurant (PF Chang) up the street and gone here instead. It is your typical Italian bakery set-up but the food/pastries are anything but typical...they are exceptional! I'm looking forward to my future visits already.

Excellent bakery and deli! My husband and I stopped here for lunch and split the cheesesteak sandwich which was enough food for both of us! We also both got a dessert from the bakery and they were amazing! Will definitely come back here when we come back to MB next year.

This is not fancy, it's a delicious deli with the best pignoli cookies south of Brooklyn. The wedding soup, a special, is really good, eggplant parm sandwich is yummy and roasted pork wonderful. I approve of this place!

Best Italian Hoagie on earth!!! You'll see the menu says "hot seller", one taste and you will know why. They have the best quality pizza in town and it is a great price, available by the slice also.

Some say Toffino's is off the beaten path, but if you are on the way to Market Commons or the glamor Piggly Wiggly you pass right by. I was on my way to both. I saw the sign for Toffino"s and made a U turn. As in every town at lunch time at every Italian sandwich-bakery-deli there was a long line waiting for subs and every table was taken. I took a quick look at the bakery case and the menu. I left planning to return one day soon. Turned out both Market Commons and the glamor Piggly Wiggly were disappointing as hell. I returned to Toffino's figuring may as well score Zero and never have to return to the Market Commons area again. There was no line and a few tables were empty. I ordered the special of the day an Italian roast pork sandwich. After a short wait allowing me time to check out the bread and bakery the server brought my sandwich to the table. I love sandwiches. I rather eat a good sub or a po' boy or a banh mi than anything else. In my hometown there is a blog called the Sandwich Board where sandwiches are reviewed. Usually I find the reviewers easily pleased. But that is a digression save for the good but few reviews for Toffino's. How well deserved is Toffino's of praise! I have a hunch the boys on the Sandwich Board could use Toffino's pork sandwich as a standard of comparison to raise their satisfaction level. Served on a lightly toasted bakery-made sub roll was a large pile of thinly sliced pork under thick melted provolone. So thin and high it compared with corned beef sandwiches at high priced NY delis. The pork was flavored with balsamic vinegar, oregano and other herbs and not a bit of fat. Altho it may have been a bit dry it sure makes poor greasy cousins of the southern barbecue found in these parts and the northern corned beef. I had poured on the hot sauce so my sandwich was far from dry. This sandwich deserves national recognition along with Primanti's truck driver sandwiches or Phillipe's French dips. I am so happy I found Toffino's the second day of my month at Myrtle Beach. I already have plans to buy the hoagie rolls when I fry up fresh oysters for my own po' boys. In the refrig some Toffino cream cake is calling my name. Rude if I ignore it..........

A perfect example of why you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. They're currently remodeling so even the cover won't be an issue shortly. Great food, good people, low prices - why haven't you gone there yet?

Near the old Air Force Base, Toffino's Italian Bakery and Deli doesn't look like much on the outside, but on the inside you'll find some of the tastiest pizza and pastries in the Myrtle Beach area. The pizza comes in one large size (or by the slice) and it is awesome. The subs are excellent as well. The homemade breads and pastries are delicious. There are a few deli items (roasted peppers, olives, etc), a few italian grocery items, and some very good fresh coffee beans for sale here. This place is best for take-out, but there are a few tables and chairs inside and a picnic table outside. Overall, I recommend this place, especially if you're in the mood for take-out pizza or if you're craving some delicious italian pastries.

Great pizza with lots of toppings to mix it up a bit. Or just go basic for their super cheesy foldable pizza slices. Their Italian desserts are also incredible.. Pick your cannoli shell and watch them fill it right in front of you. Fresh food, and an awesome atmosphere, with outdoor seating, will keep our family coming back!

I've got quite the sweet tooth, so an Italian bakery definitely caught my interest! I visited near the end of the evening and there were not too many options available anymore. I ordered a chocolate cannoli and it was SOOO good!! It was filled to order so the inside was soft, creamy, and tasted so fresh! I also ordered an elephant ear. It wasn't very soft, but I do not think it was supposed to be. I didn't love the dry, crusty texture. (It was definitely nothing like an elephant ear at a festival!) I also ordered chocolate hazelnut biscotti. They were crisp, slightly sweet and would have been great for coffee! I asked if there was any tiramisu available and was surprised/disappointed to learn that it was not a frequent staple there. I was told that maybe in the next week or so the baker would make tiramisu. Other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful and it was a great trip! There are new condos being built across the street. My friend and I walked across and went through that newer development. It was very quiet and relaxing. It was interesting to see the different styles of housing being built. Most of the condos were already built and had people living in them. It was fun seeing the different yards and porches of southern style living!

We have stopped here a few times before to get pastries. Last night we went to get a pizza. We decided on a meat lovers pizza (sausage, ham and pepperoni) with bacon added. It was a thing of beauty. Covered in cheese and meat it was very tasty. Cold pizza is my favorite thing for breakfast and I am looking forward to the morning. Now on to the pastries. Of course we picked a few of them to take home. We have tried the Lemon Square, the Strawberry Slice, the Cheesecake Square (with cherries) and the because of rave reviews, the Lobster Roll. The Lemon Square is like a piece of lemon meringue pie. Flaky and melt in your mouth. The Strawberry Slice reminds me of a tiramisu (which they also had). The Cheesecake Square with cherries is by far my favorite. I don't think I can give it a good description except that I will be getting that all the time. The Lobster Roll was a big disappointment to both Mike and I. It is a large cream puff but not puffy. We found the pastry shell itself to be a little chewy. I would definitely go back there and would love to try one of their sandwiches.

Nice little spot for a decent slice of pizza. I'm a pizza purist so I can only vouch for the plain slice. I liked the crust, the cheese was good and the sauce is on the sweet side. I also bought some pastries and round rolls. The rolls were pretty good, I used them for my morning taylor ham sandwiches. The most important part of any Italian bakery, in my humble opinion, is the cannoli cream. The cannoli cream was much better than I had expected, and they pipe them to order. My biggest complaint about this place is that ,unlike most Italian bakeries, they do not have mini pastries. That's where it gets pricey because the large cannolis are 4 dollars a pop. I'd definitely encourage others to come check it out, as they might be pleasantly surprised. If the pastry selection had been a bit better I would have bumped it up to 4 stars.

Yes indeed, if you're looking for a place that reminds you of the great Italian bakery-delis of the Northeast, you've found it. I'm only an occasional visitor to MB, so I've checked out Toffinos several times for breakfast and once for lunch. Let it be said to begin with, this is not health food by any measure--you won't see many green veggies or fresh fruit on the menu. The specialties include pizza, hoagies, and breakfast sandwiches that are second to none. The eggplant parmesan hoagie was very good. Egg sandwiches are enormous and sit on a fresh baked kaiser roll, something you won't find many other places in the South. The "almond horseshoe" pastry was more than very good. I haven't tried any of the other desserts which look tempting. Very pleasant staff--Lisa and the other servers are professionals...friendly and efficient. I've been lucky and only been there in the mid-late morning hours when things are pretty quiet, so I've never had to wait as some other reviewers have indicated.

Solid Italian hoagie. We see why it's the best seller. Good slice of cheese pizza. Excellent macaroni salad and potato salad. Desserts looked good. Will have to go back and try some. Refreshing Italian ice and friendly service.

Last night, my husband took me to our favorite dinner spot. Along the way, we passed Toffino's, and he suggested we leave some room for dessert and we'll give this place a try. I didn't stuff myself at dinner and in fact took half home. We didn't know the hours of operation, so we just hurried after dinner to Toffino's. This is a Bakery/Pizzarria. I've never seen any place like in in Myrtle Beach. We walked in and to the right of the counter are ovens, just above is a blackboard with their pizza's with toppings, along with Cheesesteak sandwiches. My eyes glared to the left, where they have fresh breads and rolls, with two cases of real Italian pastries, unfilled cannolis (they're filled to order), Almond Horns, cream puffs, elephant ears, chocolate oatmeal cookies, carrot cake, chocolate horns and so many other specialty desserts. My husband ordered a French Horn filled with Italian Custard. I was dizzy with delight, as I hadn't seen any desserts near to this, since I had been to Brooklyn. I ordered the Almond Horn and we both sat for coffee and our pastries. My husband took a huge bite of his French horn (he was a bit leary, as the custard looked like vanilla pudding). The "ummh" came from his mouth, and I asked him if it was real custard, he rolled his eyes back in his head and nodded. I took my fork and tried it, it was genuine and absolutely delicious. I then tried my Almond Horn, which was as amazing as you could possibly expect. Tons of slice almonds covering the gooey almond filling with the ends topped in an amazing chocolate. I'm sorry, I've hardly mentioned the coffee. It was good, but mine was not Columbian, as is my preference. It was my fault, I didn't ask for it. I was just so taken with the displays of epicurean delights. I was like a little kid and couldn't wait for the desserts. George was our server and he was polite and answered any questions we had about the food. He, too was a treasure, and kept our coffee cups full. I should say this place is horrible, as I don't want to return to find long lines here, but the fact is, this place is a long needed goldmine in this area. We saw another couple dining on their pizza, which looked authentic and delicious. Next time we'll try that. As far as the pastries are concerned, nobody does it better, in at least a 30 mile radius, that I'm aware of. Customers walked in and left with shopping bags full of white bakery boxes, with their delectable desserts inside, all the while we were there. All I kept thinking about was excuses I could use to have my husband bring me back. If anyone gives this less than 5 stars, it might be for the lines they'd have to wait on to get in, but believe me, it is worth it. We were lucky, as we went during the week in the evening and although they were a little busy, we were well taken care of. We returned to try their pizza, which was amazing and it tastes like they use fresh mozzarella. My Italian husband and I were very satisfied. He also brought a few lobster tails home for his midnight raid in the kitchen. I got an elephant ear and an almond horn, so we don't have to go back tomorrow.

I wish I could give the restaurant ten stars! Seriously! And pack them up and take them home! The pastries are insane and the sub are redonk!!! We tried a very large array of the pastries, it was our go to spot for the evening dessert! After reading their menu we decided we had to try the subs and oh my were they GREAT and TASTY!! I had the Italian sub and finally someone made it right!!! I hate places that put their spin on an Italian and just botch it up or put Mayo on it!! No one puts mayo on an Italian!!! Never ever!! They have these sweet peppers that are so good! I seriously crave the sandwich and well I live like 700 miles away. We also tried the cheese steak and it was fabulous!! My husband had the meatball and it was also quite good! The sandwiches are enough for two meals easy! We also had the chicken salad and that was even out of the ball park! We are here frequently just because MB is not flooded with QUALITY. But this place is nothing but quality!!! Grab sandwiches for the beach or pool and stock up on sweet treats! Yum!!!!!!!

At some point as mentioned on my first review I went back for lunch and had a sandwich. It's been so long I cannot tell you about it. It's been so long it was before they renovated! Moving on- I went back recently to feed my sweet tooth. I was not disappointed! I popped in pretty late, but they still had a nice selection of goodies in the case. I chose a lobster roll, chocolate horseshoe, and once again the chocolate mousse cake roll. Lobster Roll- I'm a Southern girl, I don't eat too many Italian pastries. But IMHO, that thing was pretty stinkin' good. Jammed full of cream, flakey pastry- my only comment is the bottom was a bit soggy. I'm sure from all the filling. But it wasn't bad, just something I noticed. Chocolate Horseshoe- pretty good- nothing wrong, but I'd prefer a chocolate croissant. Chocolate Mousse Cake Roll- delicious. Enough said. Despite not being super busy and the fact I was obviously checking out the case- I still had to walk to the register to order. Maybe that's the norm? It was nice to see the larger space for the first time since they completed the renovation. Staff was friendly, and I'll try to remember to take photos of my lunch next time I eat here!

I have been searching for a good steak and cheese since moving to the Myrtle Beach area nearly six months ago. This place did not disappoint! The steak was finely chopped and seasoned. It was moist and tender and absolutely delicious. The bread was fresh baked and oh so good. I have finally found a go to place for authentic cheesesteaks. Although we did not have dessert, the cases were lined with delicious looking treats and the table across from us ordered a Cannoli that looked absolutely fantastic. Despite the fact that this place is 40 minutes from our home in Little River, we will be back as they clearly know how to make a steak and cheese. Next time, we'll have to save room for dessert!

I was headed to Myrtle Beach to buy a car and looked on Yelp for nearby lunch spots. This place had stellar reviews, lunch AND a bakery so I decided I'd try Toffino's! What a pleasant surprise that they also have a location closer to home in Mt Pleasant. I went there with my niece and daughter. It was about half full when we arrived but packed when we were about to leave! Our waitress was attentive and super friendly. I ordered the buffalo chicken philly sub with coleslaw, my niece got the eggplant parmesan sub with macaroni salad, and my daughter ordered the build your own pizza with pineapple and ham. I'm not a super fan of coleslaw, it's just okay in general, but our waitress recommended it to help offset the heat from my buffalo chicken sub. I'm so glad I took her recommendation!! It was AMAZING!!! I was literally craving it on the way home! So delicious. My niece tried it and was really impressed too. I tried my niece's macaroni salad and my daughter's pizza, and everything was tasty. We decided to pick a few items from the bakery to take home. We ordered the chocolate mousse, a lobster tail, a french horn and an eclair. We shared and everything was delicious! I'm so glad there's a local Toffino's because I'm looking forward to returning and trying more of their subs, pizza and baked treats.

LOVE Toffino's Italian Bakery & Deli!! I found this place with a friend at the beach, and I'm so glad that I did. They have authentic Italian fare, and walking into this place makes you feel like you're a part of a huge Italian family. I've never even eaten the deli food, but the deserts are out of this world! Some of my favorites include the cannolis, the rum cake, the napoleon cake, and the almond horns. I don't think it's possible to go wrong here. I visit every time I'm in the area, and you should too!!

This restaurant and bakery reminds me of an Italian supermarket and bakery near where I grew up (Jeannette, PA). The wonderful aromas made me sure that I was about to enjoy some very good food. I was like a kid in a candy shop - I tried all of the Italian cookies, an elephant ear, something they called a peanut butter explosion, a cream horn, a cannoli, and a pumpkin roll. Not a single one of those delightful desserts were anything short of delicious. We will make this a regular stop on every trip to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I heartily recommend this restaurant, and I haven't even tried the Italian food (which looked and smelled wonderful)!

Great Italian place with fantastic sweets. This was a nice change after the standard beach sweets of funnel cakes and ice cream. The place smells wonderful and is really clean inside. They also serve food, which i didn't have but it looked really good. I bought biscotti and had some the next day w my coffee. Very tasty.

We were on vacation, so I looked up different restaurants in the area and they caught my eye. We went on a Tuesday afternoon and as soon as we walked in, we knew we'd made a great choice. As soon as you walk in the door, you received a friendly greeting and let's not forget about the wonderful smell of the food! We ordered the cheesesteaks with potato salad, as well as a fruit square and cheesecake....absolutely DELICIOUS! I could definitely recommend them as a place to try. We will definitely go back again. Great food, friendly staff and great atmosphere!

Often times when I'm in Myrtle Beach, I'm there for Saturday evening and then heading out Sunday afternoon. I always want good food before I head out of town and the pickings are slim for Myrtle. Right away, I always think "Toffino's" but, then my heart sinks as I realize they're closed on Sunday. Although I don't get to Toffino's as often as I'd like, the food is delicious. True authentic Italian desserts, sandwiches, and entrees. You can also order trays of food for catering. It reminds me of when we used to order trays of chicken, broccoli, and ziti in Boston whenever there was a non-holiday family gathering at my Nana's house. It's great that they finally expanded because it was kind of a hole in the wall before. Not that that would stop me from going there but, the renovation was done well and from the outside it no longer looks like a modular. Whether your looking for a tray of chicken, broccoli, and ziti or the perfect Italian sub, Toffinos is the spot.

We came to this little place looking for dessert. They have many Italian baked goodies. The cannoli were really good and filled when ordered. I got something called a cheese square, it was the size of my head! It was amazingly delicious but you should share it with a friend- it's far too much for one person!! The table next to us ordered pizzas and they smelled and looked amazing! You should stop in for sure!!

I have been trying to go here for about 3 years! Well today I finally made it! I had the Italian Sub it was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and it must be good because locals were stopping in for lunch! I will be going back for dessert! If you're in the area its a stop you need to take.

We grabbed some dessert and ate it at the restaurant, (I had my favorite Napoleon) and also got a box of cookies to go! Loved it! If we ever happen to go to Myrtle Beach again and end up in this area, I will definitely try one of their sandwiches for lunch, and of course, get some more dessert and cookies/pastries to go!! Definitely check this place out - whether you live near this spot, or if you are a tourist. You won't regret it!

Incredible cannoli!!! Crispy homemade shells with perfect ricotta filling. I had flashbacks to growing up in NYC and eating at Venero's. Okay now that that is out of the way. I got there right at 8 AM when they opened. The pastry guy had been awake since 2:30 making all the goodies. I got a ham and cheese omellette to go - it was loaded with Italian sytle ham (not prosciutto though) = delicious. My pastry box contained cannoli, cheese strudel, pasticciotti (with Italian custard), a lobster tail (like a cream puff but they mix cannoli filling with whipped pastry cream) and an elephant ear. What a gluttonous day filled with pastry eating I had. Be sure to get them early when they're at their freshest. They also have homemade bread, a full menu/restaurant with tables and way more cookies, cakes and pastries than I mentioned. Wow, wow, wow, a very happy Northern transplant!

Very strongly recommended. Great everything, and the staff was friendly and energetic. We had a few of their pastries (made in store) and they were all fantastic. We also made another stop for pizza and it was great! This place apparently can do no wrong.

Sorry.....my review is long overdue. Toffino's is awesome. Before I left Myrtle Beach I ate there two or three times a week. Most of the time I had a sandwich after the YMCA soccer games when the games were played at the old AFB. Yes thats how long I have loved this place. Even when there were no games I usually grabbed something on the way home from work. It was always awesome. When I bring my kids back to Myrtle Beach for vacation, Toffino's will one of the first places we go to eat.

We are visiting from out of state. A menu was hanging on our refrigerator, so we chanced it. The restaurant itself is low-key, and smells yummy! There is nice seating both inside and put - and, even a corn hole set (beanbag toss). We had the meat lover and margharieta pizzas. Both were amazing! We never visit the same place twice, while on vacation... But, we may make an exception this time.

This place is delicious! Fast, busy bakery with an extensive menu and some of the best pizza And desserts that I've ever had. Slightly off the beaten path at the North gate of the Market Common, as a local I make sure to make my way to this place every chance I get.

This place is on our list to visit again next year while vacationing in Myrtle beach. It's a quick place to stop in when you want just a slice of pizza. The pizza was great ($2.75/slice) and our desserts were to die for (raspberry cheesecake and key lime pie). I can't wait to go back and try more of the desserts. We might even stop here on our way out of Myrtle beach tomorrow.

Even better than before! The expansion & remodel didn't take anything away from this small amazing gem. Great display case of Italian deserts, deli meats, fresh mozzarella, imported canned goods & pasta. Also for sale, their pizza dough in frozen form for a make your own pizza night. My fav is still the Buffalo Chicken Philly but I've had their pizza and its pretty good. Thin crust.

Hungry family of 3 looking for pizza. We decided to give Toffinos a try, after all the great reviews. Ordered a large pepperoni and a small supreme. Really enjoyed the supreme. The pepperoni was good, maybe a bit salty. The crust was a typical hand tossed American style crust, with the exception that the edge was not tough and chewy. It was soft with just a bit of chew. Desert was ordered to go. A cream horn and chocolate mousse cake roll. Both were excellent. The only real gripe is that the place seemed to be understaffed.

Toffino's is such a GEM!! The breakfast menu is tremendous- their omelettes and breakfast sandwiches use such fresh ingredients that it is just amazing. Their breads and desserts are also EXQUISITE...the cannolis will make you just swoon. This is the place if you are looking for true Italian deli meats, true bakery delights and excellent breakfast and lunch choices!!

This deli is definitely off the beaten path, but it is sooooo good! The sandwiches were very fresh and very large. The side dish of the macaroni salad was very good. The prices are amazing for what you get. Sadly, i didn't save room for any of the desserts, but they all looked good. The people working there were very friendly.
